For years the Schove Groep has been active in real estate sector in Groningen. The development of the real estate portfolio started in the 1960s. Over the years, Schove Groep has built up a unique portfolio with objects located in and around the city center of Groningen. The Team
Schove Groep has an office at Lopendediep 20. At the office you will find the rental-counter, administration and management of Schove Group. The administration includes the rental and financial administration.
Schove Groep works with opening hours for (potential) tenants. During these hours we are available for all kinds of questions and for reporting complaints (maintenance or service). Complaints can also be reported via the website.
Schove Groep has its own service-department. In addition to handling complaints and repair orders, the service-department is also used for large-scale projects.
